Aims

1. a) To unite and provide young talents across Techiman and Bono East Region the opportunity to play football regardless of background, social, psychological, physical and technical/tactical skills to prepare them to enter professional teams.
2. b) To provide football as a tool in tackling key issues and challenges facing youth in Techiman and Bono East Region.
3. c) To enable and empower communities in and around Techiman and Bono East Region to create new opportunities and open pathways through football development.
4. d) To create sustainable opportunities at all levels of the game by providing opportunities for partnerships, coaching, training and education.
5. e) To increase the representation and equity of the youth from Techiman and Bono East Region in the top flight football in Ghana and the world.
6. f) To develop strategic partnerships through football.

To develop football skills and decision-making in the game.

Through competition, our ambition collectively and severally is to play the gracious game of football at the highest level in Ghana and around the world.

We believe that given the opportunities available to us in this country, we will produce individuals that will participate at the highest level of football in Ghana and around the world.

1. a) We want to provide a healthy and amicable social activity of interaction for our younger and old supporters of Techiman and Bono East Region.
2. b) We are focused on developing the younger talents in Techiman and Bono East Region by providing a spring board which will help them progress their individual talents to higher levels and greener pastures.
3. c) We will provide our younger generations mainly the adolescents and the youth a more productive alternative that will draw them away from destructive behavior and activities.
4. d) We want to teach ourselves the basic concept of team work in our lives and also how to live and work with people from different cultures.
5. e) To encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles and to contribute to improving the wellbeing and quality of life of people of all ages and abilities hence living more healthy lives
6. f) Football being a social activity, participation in tournaments, will provides us with an opportunity of meeting with other peoples from all over the world and interacting with one another with the aim of getting to know each other better and how we can help each other, even on personal issues.
7. g) Learning from the best; when we move around playing games, we appreciate the footballing culture of Techiman and Bono East Region.
8. g) To provide opportunities for children and young people to play football in a safe environment.
9. h) To excel in the participation of both International and Local Tourneys & Trials.
